SUMMARY :

Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) states that its mission is to support the region’s demand for business expansion and “facilitate and promote modern technology based industries”. The seven million square metre park welcomes a wide range of businesses: all DED listed activities plus IT are permitted. The free zone is also open to Free Zone Companies, Free Zone Establishments, branches of local and international businesses and organisations already registered with the DED.

The park complex is split into five main areas: industrial, commercial, education, living and residences, and public facilities. As well as the usual benefits afforded by a free zone, DSOA also provides businesses with a range of in-house business services and support such as startup incubation, venture capital funding and entrepreneurial help and advice.

Businesses looking to set up in DSOA can choose from a number of different office types, from flexi-desk and serviced offices through to light industrial units, warehousing and open land. Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority also offers a world-class location to match its facilities. Surrounded by a comprehensive road network, DSOA is ideally placed for travel into Downtown Dubai, to neighbouring emirates and to several international sea- and airports.
