SUMMARY :

Fujairah Free Zone caters for all business types and sizes. As well as offering numerous office packages from virtual office, flexi-desk and representative / branch offices through to custom fitted units, warehousing and open land, the free zone is open to almost any business activity.

Largely due to its location, FFZA is particularly popular with businesses that rely on import / export or freight and cargo services. The free zone is adjacent to the Port of Fujairah offering easy access to all Arabian Gulf ports, the Red Sea, Iran, India and Pakistan on weekly feeder vessels. The port also sees mainline services arrive from Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Far East and North America on a weekly basis, and services leave twice weekly to the Far East and once a week to North America. Fujairah Free Zone is also close to Fujairah International Airport – the only airport serving the UAE East Coast.

FFZA’s hassle-free company set up is another factor in its popularity. Startup costs are comparatively low and in most cases, business licences can be issued in just one day. Companies setting up in the emirate of Fujairah also benefit from low cost of living and an inexpensive labour force.
