The free zone issues service, trading and industrial licenses.
As well as providing flexi and dedicated desk space and private and shared offices, Shams also offers office studios, showrooms and other standalone creative units. The free zone comprises six main areas: the office complex, residential boulevard, hotel gateway, creative units, residential plaza and community plaza – all of which are home to a mix of restaurants, houses, shops and hotels.
