Tanger Med Zones comprises six sites spread throughout northern Morocco: Tanger Free Zone, Tanger Automotive City, Tetouanshore Park, Tetouan Park, Commercial Zone of Findeq and Areas Future – all within 80km of Tanger Med Port.
Tanger Free Zone, which came into operation in 1999, has grown significantly over a land base of 350 hectares. As well as its proximity to Tanger Med Port, businesses within Tanger Free Zone also benefit from affordable leasing of office space, industrial units and warehousing.
Automotive City, erected in a free zone on the Platform Industrial Motor Jouamaa is developed across 300-hectares of land and mainly caters to automotive trades – including equipment and logistics operators, contractors and related services.
Tetouanshore Park is dedicated to offshoring companies and features over 22,000 square metres of office space across 6-hectares while Tetouan Park, located on the expressway linking Tangier to Tetouan, is open to industrial subcontractors in both the domestic and export markets.
The 140-hectare site of the Commercial Zone of Findeq caters for wholesale and retail activity. And finally, Areas Future supports the setup of manufacturing, logistics, wholesale and retail organisations.
